If you frequently send or receive wires, be sure to ask one of our Relationship Managers about our Elite Digital Payment Service and specifically, the Digital Wire Request service that is part of it. The Digital Wire Request service allows you to build out wire request templates and submit your wires to us electronically, saving you time and effort. For security reasons, we will still need to speak to you before approving the request.

Can I send wires using Digital Banking?

Yes, you can send wires through Digital Banking; however, you must be enrolled in Elite Digital Payments, have been approved for the Digital Wire Requests service, and have signed our Wire Transfer Agreement.

Where can I send money to with a wire?

You can send a wire to any country that is not on the government’s OFAC list. For more information about OFAC, click here.

How long will a wire transfer take?

Domestic wires will arrive the same day they are sent. International wires will arrive within 2 to 4 business days.
